Power Over Ethernet (PoE) devices are becoming more common place, such as IP cameras, routers, telephones, and many more small devices which require a small amount of power to operate. However most conventional ethernet switches do not natively support PoE. This devices adds the power inline to a single network cable, working up to 100m, so you don't need mains power down the line at the device. It supports up to gigabit network throughput for ultra-fast connectivity.
