The Outdoor Magic Pellets Smoking Tube can be used with or with out additional heat source. Cold Smoking operates without heat from the BBQ or Smoker If you prefer to Cook and Smoke at the same time, light the Pellets in the Smoker Tube as well as the BBQ burners and place the Smoker Tube over burners. Can also use Woodchips and Sawdust
